About the Job
Fresh Tax Solutions is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an organized, energetic, and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to help us build an exceptional team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves recruiting but also enjoys supporting HR, payroll, onboarding, and office operations. You'll play a key role in helping us attract top talent while ensuring a smooth employee experience from hiring through onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
- Post and manage job openings across multiple hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics.
- Oversee employee onboarding and new hire paperwork.
- Assist with employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing (experience preferred).
- Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance.
- Help coordinate company events, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to leadership as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms.
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred) is a plus.
- HR experience is a strong plus.
- Administrative or executive support experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
