About the Role:
FreshTax is expanding quickly and looking for a motivated Settlement Officer to join our dynamic, high-performing team. You’ll connect with individuals who have already asked for help resolving their tax challenges—all inbound, pre-qualified leads.
Your job is to qualify prospects, gather key details, and schedule consultations with our senior specialists. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role with full training and unlimited income potential.
Work Environment:
This is a 100% on-site position at our headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. We believe in the energy of in-person collaboration to drive results.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $17.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours/week).
- Commission: Top performers earn $8,000–$15,000 per month.
- Annual Potential: $75,000 – $200,000+.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with inbound leads seeking tax relief assistance.
- Identify qualified opportunities and schedule consultations.
- Use proven scripts while maintaining a professional, consultative approach.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team goals.
What You Need to Have:
- Competitive, coachable mindset and drive to succeed.
- Strong communication and active-listening skills.
- Reliability and self-motivation.
- No prior sales experience required—we provide full training.
